Get started with the Microsoft Accelerate Cash Back Program
Please note the registration end date for all MEA cash back campaigns has been extended to the 15th of January 2017. Please ignore the previous December 1 end date.
As a Microsoft reseller of Office 365, Azure, EMS, CRM Online, and Windows Server/SQL, and Get Genuine Windows Agreement (GGWA), you can register and earn cashback on eligible sales.
Between August 1st, 2016 and December 31st, 2016, when you sell Office 365, Azure, EMS, CRM Online, Windows Server/SQL, and Get Genuine Windows Agreement (GGWA), you can earn:
- Up to $20 USD per seat on eligible Office 365 SKUs
- Up to $55 USD per seat on eligible CRM OL SKUs
- Up to $15 USD per token on eligible Azure SKUs
- Up to $8 USD per seat on eligible EMS SKUs
- Up to $10 USD per seat on eligible Get Genuine Windows Agreement (GGWA) SKUs.
(Starting on September 1)
- Up to $120 USD per server on eligible SQL SKUs
- Up to $75 USD per server on eligible Windows Server SKUs
Successful registration must be completed by December 1st, 2016.

Email address used under the Microsoft account must use a company domain and the company name must be the same as the name of the Reseller making a claim on the cash back portal. Registration with a personal email address (hotmail/yahoo/gmail/outlook.com etc.) instead of an email address from a company domain will result in claims being rejected.

How does Cash Back work?
For a limited time only, the cash back offer is available to eligible Microsoft resellers who have registered for the MEA H1 Accelerate Cashback Campaign offers and sell legitimate and eligible Office 365, Azure, EMS, CRM Online, Windows Server/SQL, and Get Genuine Windows Agreement (GGWA) products in applicable territories. All restrictions, requirements, and minimums, as stated in offer Terms and Conditions, must be met for each individual offer.
To qualify for cash back, your sales should meet the criteria required for each Cash back program offer. The criteria include the following (in addition to other offer-specific terms):
- Participant must register by December 1st, 2016 with valid registration details.
- A valid open Agreement Number.
- A valid Microsoft Partner Network ID and account.
- A valid email address which must use a company domain name matching the name of the Reseller making a claim on the cash back portal.
- Agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
Resellers are only required to register once to the Microsoft Accelerate Cashback program. Resellers must agree to all Terms and Conditions for each offer individually to be earn cashback on all offers.
Once your registration is validated and approved, Microsoft will arrange for the eligible cashback amount to be paid via wire transfer within at least 75+ days after the end of the promotion period. Resellers will receive an email to submit bank details, once the details are submitted the payment will be processed.
How do I apply to earn Cashback?
You must register in the Microsoft cash back portal and agree to individual offer Terms and Conditions on or before December 1st 2016 (or sign in if you are already registered) and submit a claim, along with all required information.
If your company does not have a current Microsoft Partner Network ID in effect by December 1st, 2016, the company is not eligible to participate in this Program.
Before submitting a request for Microsoft Accelerate Cashback program, make sure you review all terms and conditions for each individual offer.
Microsoft Accelerate Cashback Program
Each Microsoft Accelerate Cashback program incentive is governed by different “Terms and Conditions”, which are included in the online form where you submit a claim. When submitting a claim, you must confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions. If there are more than one cash back offers on the program page, and your company is interested to participate in multiple cash back offers, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions for each offer.
Please read the Terms and Conditions for each individual Microsoft Accelerate Cashback program offer before submitting a claim. When applying for a cash back offer, you must have read and agreed to each of the Terms and Conditions.
1. When will I receive confirmation that I have successfully registered for a cash back offer?
All requests will be validated by Microsoft who will check if the registration information meet the criteria of the cash back offer. If there are more than one cash back offer on the Microsoft Accelerate Cashback program page, you must agree individually to each Terms and Conditions.
2. What do I need to do to receive Microsoft Middle East and Africa H1 Accelerate Cashback Program payment?
Banking details, including account number(s), must be provided by Reseller to Microsoft (or the third party payment vendor authorized and designated by Microsoft) within 5 days of receipt of the request notification sent by Microsoft via email. Failure to submit or correct banking details after the 3rd notification will result in Incentive amount being cancelled and funds forfeited. If a payment cannot be processed due to errors with banking details provided, Reseller will be notified and requested to update its banking details. Failure to update these details after 3 notifications will result in claims being cancelled and funds forfeited.
3. How will the Microsoft Accelerate Cashback Program payment be made?
If Reseller’s eligibility for Microsoft Accelerate Cashback Program is validated, Microsoft will arrange for the appropriate amount to be paid via wire transfer within at least 75+ days after the end of the promotion period. Resellers will receive an email to submit bank details, once the details are submitted the payment will be processed, as long as all criteria and banking details have been met. Payment will take place after Reseller has provided valid banking details. Reseller will be invited by Microsoft to a secure site for submitting banking details. Banking details are required for Microsoft to pay the Microsoft Middle Accelerate Cashback Program. The recipient nominated in the banking details must be a company. The company name must be the same as the name of the Reseller making a claim for Microsoft Accelerate Cashback Program and the same Reseller selling the Eligible Agreements under this promotion. Personal banking details cannot be submitted on behalf of a company. Registration with personal banking details instead of a company banking details will result in claims being rejected. Payment will only be processed when products sold to end user can no longer be returned as per the regional return policy.
Reseller must report any errors, issues or disputes regarding the calculation of credits to Microsoft in writing within 30 days of the end of the program. If Microsoft has not received written notice from the Reseller within the 30-day period, Reseller will be deemed to have accepted the calculation and credit. Microsoft reserves the right at any time to adjust credits to Reseller, if Microsoft identifies any discrepancy, error, or omission. Any later disputes will not be accepted.
Microsoft offers this Program in its sole discretion. In the event of any dispute arising from or in relation to a Program credit, the decision of Microsoft is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
